We hailed cabs to take us to Sta. Ana Wharf where Hof Gorei's boat was set to leave at exactly 11AM, with other visitors of the resort. It took an hour to get to Hof Gorei.
Refreshing drinks were waiting for us upon arrival. The resort promises a quiet and peaceful stay.
The Buddy House that we opted for was really lovely! It's perfect for a big group like us. It comes with a television and an air-conditioning unit. We requested for lunch first since we were all starving. Medyo namilog lang mga mata namin at napa $#T@$%@% ng malutong dahil may kamahalan ang everything sa menu. Natagalan din sa pagserve but in fairness, ang sarap naman. We decided to take a nap after having late lunch. Buhay donya (on a tight budget)! hehe
After siesta, that's when we decided to explore the resort. We discovered that there was a caged sawa beside the buddy house and ducks duck-walking freely around the resort. The pool did not look infinite to me as their site claimed, but still very nice. They ought to set up more lights siguro sa resort para masarap mag-night swimming. They also have a jacuzzi located at the owner's home a few hundred steps away. Too bad it was not tidied that day. Dami reklamo o! ;p
Dinner that night was by the beach. Ang sarap ulit pero ang mahal na naman syempre. There's not much choice since there were no other restaurants nearby. Todo asikaso and chika naman ang owner na si Madamme! :) Plus we've got each other, and that's what counts. Naaaks.
